Kontaktstelle nach Art. 11 und 12 DSA

Barcy ist ein Hosting-Dienst im Sinne der Verordnung (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act): Programme, Sessions und Profile werden von den Nutzerinnen und Nutzern selbst eingestellt. Zentrale Kontaktstelle für Behörden und für Nutzerinnen und Nutzer ist die oben genannte E-Mail-Adresse. Die Kommunikation ist auf Deutsch und auf Englisch möglich, auch über das Kontaktformular.

Melde- und Abhilfeverfahren nach Art. 16 DSA

Um einen Inhalt auf Barcy als rechtswidrig zu melden, nutzen Sie bitte das Meldeformular. Es ermöglicht die nach Art. 16 Abs. 2 DSA vorgesehenen Angaben: Bezeichnung des Inhalts und Begründung, URL oder eindeutige Fundstelle, Name und E-Mail-Adresse der meldenden Person, soweit gesetzlich erforderlich, sowie die Bestätigung, dass die Meldung nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen erfolgt. Ein Hinweis zur Verarbeitung der dabei angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten findet sich dort und in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Verantwortlichkeit für Inhalte

Für eigene Inhalte auf diesen Seiten bin ich nach den allgemeinen Gesetzen verantwortlich.

Für Inhalte, die Nutzerinnen und Nutzer auf Barcy einstellen, richtet sich die Verantwortlichkeit insbesondere nach Art. 6 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). Erlange ich Kenntnis von rechtswidrigen Inhalten, werde ich im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorgaben zügig tätig, um diese zu entfernen oder den Zugang zu ihnen zu sperren. Verbraucherstreitbeilegung

Ich bin nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

Barcy is a hosting service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065: programmes, sessions and profiles are submitted by users themselves. The single point of contact for authorities and for users is the email address above. Communication is possible in German and in English, also via the contact form.

Notice and action mechanism under Article 16 DSA

To report content on Barcy as illegal, please use the report form. It enables the information provided for in Art. 16(2) DSA: a description of the content and reasoning, a URL or other unique locator, the name and email address of the reporting person where legally required, and a confirmation that the report is made in good faith. How the personal data given there is processed is explained on that page and in the privacy policy.

Responsibility for content

I am responsible for my own content on these pages under general law.

Responsibility for content that users publish on Barcy is governed in particular by Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). If I become aware of illegal content, I will act expeditiously, within the bounds of the applicable legal requirements, to remove it or disable access to it.
